Fred did a great job at letting us know what’s important and what’s not. When we were preparing my parent’s home for sale, we needed to know what to fix up and what was going to sell the home. After almost 60 years in the home there were some great added features and some things that needed to be fixed/upgraded. Fred was with us every step of the way and made multiple visits during the process to follow the recondition of the house. He was a calming influence on a crazy period of things. It was a great help to some of the family who hadn’t been thru the process of selling or buying a home. As a first-time home-buyer, our agent, Melinda Wiant, was wonderful to work with. She was professional, personable, and always available to assist us in not only our house hunt, but also the purchasing process. She went out of her way to join us in searching a location that involved quite a drive. She helped explain pros/cons of different houses, as well as traps to be wary of. She focused her search on the specific things that we wanted, even though they were a bit niche. When an arrangement was difficult, she found a way to make it happen in a timely manner.
During the purchasing process, she thoroughly explained to us each step in the process, what paperwork we needed, how to make a competitive, but reasonable, offer, who we would need to reach out to, and how to get a quick closing. With any headaches that arose, she explained our best options at breaking the logjam, and was our advocate wherever she could be.

We worked with Fred Blue when we purchased our current home 2 years ago. We looked over a period of 2.5 years and in the last year, turned to Fred to help us. We bought our first house with Michelle!!!! It was great working with her. She was on top of her game when it came to finding houses. We looked at everything possible and she took the time to show the houses. We literally spent a whole day traveling from Niagara Falls out to Barker, to Lockport,and back to Niagara Falls. She was very patient with us, she went above and beyond expectation. The house we purchased was actually a house we had passed up numerous times. Hello, I wanted to share the experience I had with your Sales Lady, Dido Mazzitelli. After getting married in March of 2011, we decided to try and buy a house. Being well into our 40’s we had no clue what to do, then we met Dido. She was very welcoming and I liked her immediately. She took us to see some houses, but we were very undecided. Then we saw our dream house( so we thought) Cosmetically inside, this home was perfect, Kitchen was all Stainless Steel Appliances, Hardwood floors, a fireplace, we fell in love with it and wanted it. But because our Realtor was more concerned for our well being, than making a sale, she advised us that there was something wrong with the wall in the basement. She was 100% right.
